iOS Update
« on: September 19, 2014, 11:08:39 am »
Dear Medmont,

I just updated my phone to iOS 8 and noticed that the AT20P app tends to crash more often, especially when resuming a session after unlocking the device.

Are there any plans to update the software to iOS 8?

Thank you,

Leigh

Hi Leigh,

Firstly thanks for posting your feedback, we really appreciate it when our users take the time to let us know their experiences. We are always committed to staying current with the latest iOS operating systems but from time-to-time we are delayed due to other commitments. I will attempt to make time to do some testing with iOS8 in the short term. I will post the results here once the testing is complete. Sorry I can't give you a specific date.

In the meantime I would recommend staying with iOS7 which has been working since June '13. There are steps for reverting back to iOS7 posted online.

Thanks again.

David

Hi Leigh,

Medmont has recently released a new update for the iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch which fully supports the latest iOS 8 from Apple. To install the update please ensure your device is connected to the internet. Once connected you should receive an update notification from the App Store.

Please report an issues that may come up through the forum for investigation.

Regards
David

I have send you the link to download the AT20P Software.
