Field Window Is Blank

We are having an issue with Medmont M700 v5.  The patients and tests are appearing in the patient tree, but when we select a test to review, the test attributes appear along the bottom of the page, but the window that usually displays the field is blank.  Any ideas whats going on?!?

Have you recently attempted any sort of database transfer, or moved to a new PC? The situation you've just described could be a result of not copying the proper folders across during the move, or if the folders have been corrupted/ accidentally deleted by someone. You should check in the Data folder that there is an M700 folder with files inside. The location of the Data folder is found using the Medmont Studio Administrator Tool.

This whole situation started when we changed the visual field computer.  Only fields performed since the changeover are affected.  It's running Windows 10.  At the time we were integrating the field machine into our OfficeMate / ExamWriter EHR suite and had a Medmont tech helping with the set up remotely.  Another Medmont IT person recently responded to my request for help and said that Windows 10 is incompatible with Medmont v5 and to upgrade to v6.  Will the fields be visible then?  Wishing the first IT guy had mentioned the Windows 10 issue back in September.

Medmont Studio 5 is not supported on Windows 10 that is correct, it is legacy software. If you want to run Medmont Studio with Win10 you willl need to upgrade to Medmont Studio 6.

For specific issues you have with your system, if you are already in touch with Medmont staff then that is the best point of contact to follow up on the upgrade details.
