Support Plans
Medmont offers free basic technical support for the setup of newly purchased Medmont instrument/s and software versions and queries regarding hardware faults that occur within the warranty period of your instrument. All other technical calls are charged at the nominal rate of $29 for the first 10 minutes (minimum charge) and $16 per 10 minute block thereafter.
Medmont Support Plans offer a greater convenience and a reduced rate to subscribers, allowing pre-paid support minutes to be redeemed at any time within the subscription period (12 months). Support time can be used for either over-the-phone support with a Technical Support Representative or remote support (broadband internet connection required).

Note that 1 hour of technical support is equal to six separate ten minute blocks of support; all support is measured in 10 minute increments.

NOTE: These plans and charges apply to phone and remote assistance only. Account time may not be redeemed for on-site support. Some of your account time may be used by Medmont staff for the investigation of your issue (with notice).
