Issues/Problems / Modality and SOP Class
« on: June 24, 2014, 04:59:40 am »
We have been working with Greenway to use the DICOM function within Medmont Studio 5. We are getting an error from the PACS server. The PACS Server receives the file from Medmont but rejects it due to the wrong Modality. In the logs it says Medmont is sending 1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.88.4. I looked this up and it says it is Procedure Log Storage. Do you know what kind of Modality this is for? I have been using thttp://www.dicomlibrary.com/dicom/sop/ and http://www.dicomlibrary.com/dicom/modality/ to look up the info. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Rey

Issues/Problems / E300 Not able to move
« on: June 17, 2014, 01:10:34 am »
I have a customer with an E300 that the shaft and wheels are not moving. The E300 will not move left, right, forward, or backward. I had them take it off the tracks and they cannot rotate the shaft, pull or push the shaft either. They have had this E300 for at least 4 years or more. I had her make sure the lock was disengaged but it still will not move.  Is there a fix for this?

The 3 icons: Save, Fullscreen, Exit are very small after image acquisition. We sell our system with a touchscreen. Is there a way you can make these icons bigger. I see this being a problem with people who use Windows 8 and a touch monitor.

Thanks,
Rey

Feature Discussions & Suggestions / DICOM Fields
« on: April 23, 2014, 12:48:16 am »
I have been looking at a couple of different Pacs servers. When testing with http://www.dicomserver.co.uk/. It refuses the connection because some of the tags are NULL in the fields. These fields are StudyDate and StudyTime.

Issues/Problems / Medmont Studio 4.14.1
« on: April 18, 2014, 01:05:58 am »
I have a customer that wanted me to install Medmont v4 on a new computer. I keep getting an error. I have installed the .net installer and all updates on Windows 7 32bit. I keep getting this error in the attached StudioConfigureerror.txt. It fails when trying to import the DV2000 attributes in C:\Program Files\Medmont\Medmont Studio 4\Database Initialization\DV2000 while running the configuration tool. If you need any other information please let me know.

Issues/Problems / DICOM Worklist Freezes Medmont Studio
« on: January 15, 2014, 03:44:18 am »
We have a customer that has a DICOM PACS Server. I was able to get the connection to the PACS Part working but the worklist settings freezes up Medmont. The only thing you can do is end the program. How can I diagnose this problem? Is there any setting I need to input into the Worklist server to make it work? Perhaps a file format issue? Any help would be appreciated.

AE TITLE is IQServer

Host: (IP Address of server)

Feature Discussions & Suggestions / Youtube Videos
« on: December 06, 2013, 03:32:37 am »
A doctor has contacted me today and asked if you have any plans to make videos on using the M700 Automated Perimeter? The videos are located at your youtube channel she said. This question has come up 2 times and I figured it would help if I relayed them to you. I also mentioned to both doctors to leave comments or post here inquiring about this as a recommendation/suggestion. I haven't seen the postings on the forum. I know there would be a lot of people who would be interested in viewing them.

Thanks,

Issues/Problems / "iplColorMedianFilter" function Error
« on: December 05, 2012, 08:06:14 am »
I have installed Medmont V5.3.0 on a new computer and the install went well. When launching Medmont I get Unable to find address of "iplColorMedianFilter" function in a pop up and can only hit ok. It seems to be a ipl.dll conflict. How do I resolve this?

Feature Discussions & Suggestions / Medmont v.5.3.0 and New License
« on: November 28, 2012, 05:09:00 am »
Hi,

I was wondering how does the new license works? What happens if I put it on a computer and then down the road move it to a server. How does that work? Will I have to contact you every time I need to change something?

Issues/Problems / M700 Fixation Loss
« on: October 25, 2012, 05:36:39 am »
I have a customer that owns a M700 S/N:M744873 that the camera was loosing the video. We were able to fix the issue with it by uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for the M700. However now the M700 has a 100% fixation loss. A error window pops up saying the patient isn't correctly fixated do you want to calibrate fixation. While connected to their computer we can see that the video is working correctly. They have the customer position correctly. I can see that the patient is fixated and isn't moving her eyes. They can only use blind spot testing as they don't have the option for video fixation tracking. I also tried reinstalling the calibration file. That didn't solve the problem. Is there any other options that we can try?

We have a customer that asked us which test is equivalent to to the Superior 36 test and Superior 64 test on a Humphrey's HFA Field Analyzer. Do you have any documentation that compares the M700 tests to a Humphrey's tests?
