Unable to Calibrate E300

I have a customer that is unable to calibrate his E300 unit.  He is running Medmont 4.14.1.  When we go to calibrate it will allow us to take the first reading and then when we go to get the second one, nothing.  We are able to line it up and get the red line to sit perfectly in the middle but the unit will not capture the image.  I also checked to see if his unit was the only calibration installed and it is.

I am having the customer try a cleaning now but figured I would also ask the forum.

the cone is not good any more sent it to medmont or the calbration eye give some problem's but most of the time it is the cone. the mirror on the right site is not in line whit the  bleu led greating dennis  ;)
