Working from Optomate to Studio
« on: July 07, 2013, 03:54:07 pm »
We cannot take images through any of our instruments by working from the patient file in Optomate, clicking Instruments>Medmont Studio, and then the patient and instrument. We have a server based system,  and now have to go into Studio directly on the instrument-attached station, select the patient and take the images, then we can review in Optomate patient record. If we try to go through Optomate to Studio we get the following error messages:

Topographer: Could not find a grabber: Pic_Port Colour

Perimeter: Could not connect to M600

DV2000: Error2 returned by Ed.Get Camera List (&Camera List)

We could do this until someone deleted the link inadvertently. It seems like an issue with Studio on the server being able to connect to the instruments, but how do we solve it?

We may need to remote into your PC and have a look at his one directly; assuming your PC is connected to the internet. Please send an email to me with your contact details and I will attempt to call you sometime today.
