firstly many thanks for a swift resolve to my medmont m700 , i am really impressed with your service .
 i now have the new machine on site .
can you advise if this will be a straight forward swap over or will we need to get a new license key to install and activate .

Hi Robbie,

The new unit has latest software, new calibration file and a new license key.

if you do not have latest software, please update it.
New Calibration file and new activation key needs to be installed.
BIB should be able to help you with the process.
