Error while trying to open exams

We are facing some problems with Medmont Studio. When we try to open an exam, we get the following message:

"Unable to open image '29/04/2015 08:00'" - No matter the date of the exam, it's always the same message.

We have exported the exams, and thousands of .ptd files were created, which I assume are the images from the pacients. There is also one .e3a file. If we try to import that .e3a file, an error message comes up ''Invalid archive"

As far as I know, exporting the images does not remove them from the software system, or is it wrong?

To solve your problem we will need more information;
Medmont Studio Version
Serial number of the instrument.
