Hi Medmont,
Does DV2000 have the ability to capture images & videos from the Oculus Imagecam slit lamp camera (USB camera)? If so what setup should I use?

http://www.oculus.de/en/products/slit-lamp-documentation/imagecam-2/technical-data/#produkte_navi

thanks

The Oculus slit lamp camera is not one we have had experience with before. There is a few options available to you to try before involving Medmont engineering staff. You can try to use the File Watcher image source to detect when new images are saved to a folder on the local hard drive. Once detected the Studio software will automatically import the image into the capture window. This will require the Oculus software to grab the image from the camera and save the image in either a JPG, BMP, PNG or TIFF format. The other option is to try using the DirectShow image source type to interface directly with the camera. This will depend largely on the type of camera used and how the camera driver is designed. If neither of these options works for you then please post back and we can see what we can do from a software development standpoint. We will need to undergo a cost/benefit analysis before committing to making any software changes.
Can you post information specifically about the camera used in the SL or about the SL itself?
