Software stopped working

I've been using Medmont 5 with a Canon CR-2 and EOS camera back for over five years without incident.  Now, the digital image icon does not "light up", so I cannot take images.  I'm using Windows 7, and have not changed security settings or other software.  The company I bought everything through is out of business, so there is no help coming from there. Any thoughts?

If the digital image icon is greyed out in Medmont Studio, this sounds like a licensing issue actually, we will need some details that are not suitable for this public forum. Please use the "Request for Support" form in the Support page of our website to submit your info (fill in all the fields to the best of your knowledge). Once we have all of that information we can investigate your licensing situation.
