Hi Rodion,

Thank you for reaching out to us.  Can you clarify if the tear film sequence was taken on the same computer as you're now trying to view it?
Were you ever able to open and view it?

Kind regards,

Rodion Nesterenko

Hi Rodion,

Very strange.  Would you mind sending us and export of the exams that behave like this?
Attached is a document on how to do this.

If you feel comfortable, you can attached them to this forum post. Unfortunately the maximum size is 5MB which might be too small for these.
Alternatively, you could email it through to us at support@medmont.com
Or attached to file sharing program like you did with the video and post the link.

Kind regards,

Rodion Nesterenko

Hi Rodion,

Thank you for providing that.  I'm unable to reproduce the error on my system so I'm going to refer this to our software R&D team to investigate and get back to you.

Kind regards,
