E300 calibration issue

Dear experts,

since about 3 weeks I have a usb box for my E300 topographer, we upgraded to windows 10 pro already few months.
after using it in windows 10 for a while (using Lutron card) Medmont Studio worked instabile when doing a topographer scan, now using the usb box is more stabiel.
unfortunately afther a while medmont needs some time to save the scans and often doesn't saves the scans, now I just installed a powered usb hub and it works much better again.

Problem now is that IO cannot go throught th 3th attempt when calibrating te topographer, I am sure the cone is clean.
Any suggestions? wil a new pc 64 bits with min 8gb help?   
I just have 4gb en running on 32bits

My hardware specialist is studing on my situation for a new pc

Hi Bonocchio,

Unfortunately given that your device is an old Leutron device, it is beyond it's 8 year service life.  What this means is we're unable to offer repair or support for it and it should be replaced for ongoing reliable and accurate measurements.  Please contact your distributor to discuss this further.

Unfortunately changing the computer it's attached to won't improve the ability to calibrate.

Attached are instructions on how to clean the profile optics of the topographer.  Please follow them closely and retry calibration.  It may be able to calibrate one last time.
