Microsoft 10 Update Issues

Monday, July 27, 2015

Just a quick notice to all regarding the upcoming release of Windows 10. At the moment we have a known issue with running Medmont Studio on Windows 10.

We are expecting the fix to come from Microsoft and be available in the final retail version. We have not been able to confirm this as Microsoft has restricted access to the official retail version until its official release date on the 29th July.

As soon as the final retail version is available we will be testing immediately.

Windows 10 will only be supported on the latest Version 6 software. Earlier versions may work but we won’t be fixing issues in versions earlier than 6.

AT20P seems to install ok and run, connects successfully to a handset but there are issues running the fixation animations. This will also be checked in the official retail version.

At this time we are suggesting NOT to install or upgrade to Windows 10 at this time.
